All sales are final.
We take care to inspect each item and report any flaws in the item description. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing vintage, used, and upcycled pieces that have had a life of their own and may show some signs of wear.
Please review measurements carefully and compare to similar items you may already own to ensure a proper fit.
We try our best to post photos that have captured the true color of an item but keep in mind that colors vary between screens.

Shipping
U.S & Canadian Customers
All orders are packaged and processed out once a week. You will receive a tracking number once your purchase is shipped.
We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard. No expedited shipping offered at this time.
We offer free shipping on all U.S domestic orders over $100
International Customers
Please reach out to us directly at garnysac@gmail.com so we can help process your order and give you international shipping options.
International shipping rates depend on the size and weight of the items. Customer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes and VAT fees. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

Garnysac is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at garnysac@gmail.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
